Pennsylvania RTF Acquired by HESS

I alert you to the transaction described below.

 HEALTH, EDUCATION AND SOCIAL SERVICE GROUP, providers of educational and related services to children with disabilities, today announced that it has acquired Stonycreek Residential, Inc., a Pennsylvania residential treatment facility offering comprehensive mental health services to children with severe disturbances. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Angler West Consultants initiated this transaction pursuant to a Financial Advisory Agreement with Stonycreek Residential.
