Inperium and Edison Court Announce Affiliation

Inperium Inc., the parent company of Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc., which in 2015 became the nation's first not-for-profit human services organization to sponsor an employee stock ownership program, has entered into a definitive affiliation agreement with Edison Court, Inc. Terms of the affiliation agreement were not disclosed but included Edison Court establishing Inperium as the sole member of Edison Court.

Edison Court provides responsive and innovative care to individuals and families facing behavioral and mental health challenges. Commenting on the affiliation with Inperium, Edison Court CEO Jay Deppeler explained: "This transaction enables our organization to extend our continuum of intensive care programs to counties in the Commonwealth in which Inperium has long been a trusted partner."

This affiliation was the second affiliation executed by Inperium, and will increase Inperium's consolidated revenues to more than $60 million annualized. Inperium Chief Executive Ryan Smith commented regarding the affiliation: "Inperium's strategic plan contemplates additional transactions in the Mid-Atlantic region in future periods, with at least one more deal likely to close in Fiscal 2017".
